Yes Deluxe have a skin making program. Otherwise the answer can be gotten at The Sims own Forum. Everything regarding the games like Sims and Simcity and other have it's owns Forums. They can be found under Gaming Chat. There are lots of tips and stuff about the Games. You will probably find adresses to many other things there as well. Those Forums are there for questions about the games as well. Check it out. There's a lot to read.

Maybe I am Josh. Actually I'm not so sure of the different programs out there and what you can do with each. As you know I don't do objects myself. Uhmm.. well.. I did a couple of small paintings with Sim Art Studio once, using some photos of my pets. But that's it. Good luck Goku. I think you will find what you want and discover a lot meanwhile. And oohhh.
