Need Help :building Home???? hi I'm having trouble building a part of a house in my sims. I got the columns but how do I make them make a roof. I don't what walls around it,I want it to have 2 columns anda roof on top,like a sun shade thing. PLEASE HELP!!!thanks
Heya uranium, I answered your pm, but will do it here again for others to see. What I do is on the first floor, I put the columns on the outside corners where I want the overhang to be. Then I enclose the entire area with walls. Then on the second floor, use the glass floor tiles (I think you can find them at Persimmon Grove). Then put the columns on top of the other ones on the first floor, and this will generate the roof. Now on the first floor, remove the walls you built, and there you go. Have fun!
