i believe so. reading through faq's, i noticed this was a new feature. you will have 7 days monday through friday. and you will be able to have the weekends off. have your sim sleep in all weekend.
I have a question, but it doesn't really have anything to do with weekends. Will there be different kinds of Weather? it shows a woman getting electicuted in the rain nut are ther any other kinds?
i dont know to be sure, but it would really be fun if there were various types of weather. especially seasons if that were done.
that WOULD b really cool, but i heard on the official website that they would not have weather so there ya go.. but yes on a screenshot i saw the time said "Mon, 9:25AM" so that MUST answer yur question!! MarsBarr
Has the time difference been established yet? What i mean is, will a week be like so many realtime hours? And if so, how long really will sims live if they grow old. I'm quite attatched to some of my sims and if I recreate them in TheSims2, are they only gonna lasta few months, tops?
Well if you know you don't want your sims to grow old and die I have heard that you can turn off the aging option, but then you miss out on those life stages. So it's a trade off, getting immortal sims verses getting to have your sims go through their life cycle and create new generations. I think it's nice they let you choose though! I think I might play my first sims aging up till they are grandparents and then see if it lets me turn off the aging option... I don't quite know how I feel about losing my sims to old age yet either!
I think it would be so cool watchin ya sims grow up and i no that when your sim has kids you have to potty train and teach them to walk to which is so cool.....I cant wait i NEED the game lol....
I just hope with the actual days it works somehow so I can play multiple sim families and not miss out on any of the kids birthdays! Does anyone know if I can play sim family A through their weekend and then go back and play sim family B through that SAME weekend, etc. I'd like to somehow have neighborhood kids growing up at roughly the same rate so they're teens and adults at the same time to start relationships with each other!
Good question: Is it a common time rate this time round, or will it once again a frozen time situation?
I hope the time is not frozen, 'cause I play with some families more than others nad it would be weird to have two sims families at around the same time and the kids are way older than the others.
Yes, but on the other hand, if time is common, you'll miss literally years with your other families.... I wonder does it even out somehow, because frankly I'm beginning to see a flaw.
Yes, there are actual days in TS2. I also saw on a screenshot, and at the bottom left hand of the screen where with buy mode and such is, it had Monday on it and the time. I thought it was really cool.
