Dont bother trying to create a city with skyscrapers in Simcity 4 it's impossibly time consuming and there's always someone telling you that you're running out of money, or arent being environmently friendly, you may as well just download a city from the internet. If you're just going to do a suburban neighbourhood, than yeah simcity can make it look awesome.
I just read all the DD's(Designer Diary's) (I know I'm a little out of the loop!!) They are AWESOME! They left me in awe. I was tempted to print everyone of them but I restrained myself to just 2!
