Vegetarian lasagne Style: Italian - basically Course: Lunch or dinner Why its the best: It's great Preparation Time: never measrured it - but pretty long Cooking Time: about 45-50 minutes in 200 degrees Celsius - in the oven How Many People Can Be Fed: 4-5 Ingredients: All that's part of a lasagne. Just swirtch the meat for different veggies. I make it in an ovenproof Tupperware pot, so it's hard to say really what time etc. But you can do it in any form, preferable square and fairly low. I do the Bechamel sauce on about 1 litre of skimmilk and margarin - not butter. I make all food with as less fat as possible. I use carrots, broccoli, corn, and other veggies according to what I have at home. Of course I still have the tomatosauce as well.
