Civic Buildings Don't Develop My civic buildings or rewards don't seem to develop as i've seen in internet screenshots. For example my soccer field does not have seats, my plazas are empty, and my gardens don't seem to be growing. Am I doing anything wrong ?
No you are not doing anything wrong. It's the graphic settings. When in your city click on the three dots (...) The click the picture of the computer. In that new window you will see a setting called ''City Detail''. Click the circle under ''High'' click ''Accept'' and you should see everything the way the ''Internet'' pictures show. If not save your city, go back to your region and load the city again.
