    Some added texture editing features

I have an eye for details I guess and that is why I've already play tested one game before, but anyways look at the following picture.

The graphics look great, but there are a couple of improvements that could be added to make them even better. Notice where I circled the terrain and how it seems a bit stretched and distorted. A lot of the new 3D engines have features that allow texture scalling, rotating, panning, ect. I know Maxis is fairly new to this area of development, but texture scalling would basicly fix the above problem. It's not hard to incorporate since you're just altering the size, rotation, and panning of a given texture. My suggestion would make seemless terrains that include hills and cliffs without the texture distortion or stretching. I think editors and modders alike would really enjoy the suggested features.

I thought that was distorted there because it was a reflection, but I might be confused. :) I like the idea of hills and stuff like that not looking stretched though!!

I think it is a reflection too. I haven't seen anything like that except for the reflections. The regular landscape, even in the videos, look "unstretched" or "distorted."
