I was. Our power was out for three days because the neighbors tree was blown over and took out her power lines which are attached to mother's power pole in the backyard.

We are 275 mile north of the Gulf of Mexico and the eye was 56 miles to the west of us when it got here, lots of rain and wind. Not too bad really.
The eye of Opal was directly on top of us when she hit, and she was still a class 1 hurricane at the time. No difference.
