Saving Whenever i go 2 save mi machine slows down and almost crashes, but it also freezes for a short period of time, can anyone help?
Please tell us about your machine, Click Start then Run then type in:- "dxdiag" (leave off the quotes""). How much memory have you got, what is the size of your page file, how much is in use, what percentage of your hard disc is Free Space (right click on My Computer to check this out) and what size is the hard disc. You might otherwise be asking how long a piece of string is. You computer might only need a defrag or it might need a massive clearout it it might even be junk. How can we tell?
I have the same problem. It crashing after I play for 5 minute. "The application have crash and now terminate.." something like that.. Or sometime the monitor shut down itself but the system still running. I don't know what wrong. Could it be my monitor problem or my video card? I updated all the latest driver for my graphic card and sound card.. Icecoffee. I'm sorry but it looks to me as if your system has barely enough to meet the minimum system requirements. Radeon 7500 isn't T&L so you need at least a 2Ghz processor. The Athlon 2500~ has a best clock speed of 1.8Ghz. (I have no idea why AMD put larger numbers on their chips ... it must confuse a lot ao people.) Maybe someone with more tech geekery knowledge than I will be able to offer you more help ...
Yeah you're right mirrely, I got confused when I bought the cpu. I thought 2500+ is 2.5 ghz, but it wasn't. So I can't exchange for the new one. I guess you're right. My syster is not powerfull enought to play the sim 2. To bad eh..
