ghosts! Okay, so how do I see ghosts? I've tried to have my sims look at an Urn but it did not work. Also, how do you get saved from death? I am new so it would be awesome if you guys could help me out with this!
Make a really horrible family where a lot of people die. Like, create a huge family and then seal most of them in a room with no food or in the swimming pool. Invite the sim you want to see the ghost, and make the ghosts angry. For example, have a ghost's partner in life flirt with another sim.
To get "saved from death", the Sim has to die so the Grim Reaper comes. Then there's the oppurtunity for another Sim to plead with the Grim Reaper to not kill the Sim. I've never had that happen, so I place that aspiration as one of the 'impossible' ones.
I've seen it in previous Sims ( one of the expansions at least )... A living person can plead with the Reaper and the Reaper will play a game ( rock paper scissors or another one ) and if you win then you take the dead sim's place! Amusing it is, but generally when it's a Sim's time to go there's no stopping them... and why would you anyway - it's their time.
Death Yeah death does a "which hand is it in?" game with the sims this time. I've never lost a sim yet as my sims always pick the right hand. And you dont swap, if you win no-one dies. In the first sims Death sometimes made the dead sim a zombie, but I havent had that happen in sims 2 yet. Maybe there are more outcomes than I've seen though
If you are going to kill them.....I'd advise NOT drowning them in the pool lol. Those ghosts make a huge mess because they leave so much water everywhere. The starving one plays with the microwave so its not bad.
They show a picture of people sitting on the patio watching the ghosts parade by. I think the easiest way to do this one would be to have someone in the neighborhood have a backyard cemetary..like the Goths on Pleasantville. I played with the Goths for a time and when Mortimer died his ghost actually gets into his bed (which became Cassandra and her hubby's room) and scares the beezus out of them nightly. It actually creeps me out! lol That's funny about the microwave! lol So how they die determines the ghost's behavior? I'll try to make sure mine die outside from now on.
ghosts Thanks guys but can anyone build a grave yard or does some family have to die? I have been playing the sims for awhile but none of them are near dying!
i think u gotta kill em. Just make a family and move em in have them come over and drown em (even though it is bad) or box em up and starve em lol
You could make a house of a bunch of elders and keep their aspirations low so they die quicker. Or make them drink the Elixir of Life when they are below platinum/gold.
kill, kill, kill, or make them have babies and lust leave the babies on the floor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! either way just make sure people die!! apart from Mr.T
