help with dating there seems to be a problem with the invite sim to community lot feature.when i wanted my teen to call and invite a guy out to a lot first it ask which sim then it right away calls the taxi.well the taxi comes but no date.so i tried inviting the sim over then calling a taxi but the sim just stays at the house.what can i do?or am i missing something.
after the taxi came did you go to the community lot? I have always had them meet me there. They don't come to my house before.
If you "Invite a Sim" to a community lot, it SHOULD phone the Sim first, and that sim will then acknowledge with a positive or negative message, and then you'll see your sim hang up and dial the taxi. The other sim should arrive in the same taxi as your sim, unless that sim is already on the lot. Otherwise, that's just FUBAR.
Yeah, I realized when I was playing tonight that they show up in the same Taxi as you. Guess I hadn't paid much attention before
Yeh I thought the same thing... I mean seriously who zooms in on the taxi to see who's in it. I invite and we both end up there, that's all that matters.
Well, once Don Lothario invited Kaylynn over to the community lot for another round of public woohoo, but she didn't arrive in the taxi because apparently she was already on the community lot. It's possible that if your intended invitee rolls as a random guest on the lot, they will not disembark from the taxi, since they're already there.
