Can you share the specs on the rest of your system? If your computer is as circa 1999 as it appears from the date on your drivers, as well as the age of your video card, it may not be CAPABLE of running TS2. If you have an 8x AGP slot, I recommend the ATI Radeon 9800 Pro. It's doubtful if you actually have one, though. You may need to purchase a new computer.
I concur. Unless you upgrade 1) Motherboard, 2) Processor, 3) RAM, 4) Videocard on your system, which, judging by your query, I highly doubt, your computer most likely will not be able to run TS2. If I'm not mistaken, computers from that time period had, on average, around 350mhz processors and a maximum of 128mb of SDRAM. Fossilized relic.
My guess is that the computer above probably only tolerably runs TS1, and TS2 is a hopeless cause. By tolerably, I mean "playable under all conditions, but don't go cranking graphics to max".
