Help please w/ Glitch?! I just started up Sims 2 and made a family, but it won't display the created Sims portraits or the family's portrait. It just has an empty frame--in the create a sim part, the neighborhood view and the actual game. When I am playing the let side of the screen just has empty squares where their pictures should be. This is only for the sims I create, not the "sample" ones that are built in. I reinstalled the game started completely over and it still does it! Does anyone no what the problem is (I check the official site and this wasn't mentioned in the list of fixes under the patch. Thanks a million to anyone who can help
Sorry.. I'm running XP Home with a P4 2.6GHz, 1024 Mb PC-3200 DDR400 RAM, and an Albatron GeForce FX 5200 128 Mb DDR. DVD ed of Sims 2, runnning on a 16x DVD-ROM. Thanks again
Have you installed the most recent driver for the FX5200? What you're describing is something that people who needed to install their drivers (either for their card or for their motherboard) seemed to have.
