Where to obtain those tin lithograph signs...

    Hi all,

Sorry that this is way off topic but I've done a bit of looking on google and cannot come up with an answer to this.

Anyway, I have recently acquired a couple of those reproduction advertisement tin lithographed signs (these particular ones are of RMS Titanic).

I was interested in another sign, but I can't seem to find any manufacturers online. Have any of you ever seen any of these reproduction companies on the web?

    Thanks,

    Allright :)

There are some companies out there making very good quality reproductions of old advertisements/posters (like of Titanic) on tin. I have two of them, and they're great! :)

I am very interested in seeing if there is a reproduction of an RMS Queen Elizabeth advertisement (I find myself more and more fascinated with that ship, haha). But in order to do so I would, in all likelihood, need to have a link to a manufacturer or something. I was wondering if anybody happened to know such a manufacturer's website.

    Thanks again :)

I know the kinda stuff, John ... I just searched ebay uk for "tin advertising sign" and found these:

To be honest they don't look like orignal antiques ... but I'd say that ebay is good place to keep watching.

On a side note am still sick with envy after seeing a woman who bought a Clarice Cliffe plate for one pound at a rummage sale. It's worth $1,000!
