Troubleshooting please help, the build mode doesn't work

    please help, the build mode doesn't work

    please help, the build mode doesn't work. i cannot build anything because everytime i click any materials (foundation, wall, swimming pool, everything) my mouse pointer stays the same (arrow). i tried to drag it too, but still doesn't work. what's wrong? what should i do? :(

    First uninstall your "no CD" utility and then restart the game using the game disc that you bought. You did buy the game on CD/DVD discs from a reputable store didn't you?

    The only known cause of Build mode not working is running the game without the CD.
