please help!! I keep downloading new objects for my sims 2 game but they dont appear in the game, can anyone guide me in the correct procedure in this, 100% sure i am screwin it up somehow..... thanks in advance
So, what is your current procedure for putting the downloads into your game. (Ie, what extension is the download, where are you trying to put it, what have you done with it regarding things like clicking twice, etc.) Edit: do you have the CEP for the items which require it? (Many objects won't show up unless you have installed the CEP.)
i have sims 2 and university what i am doing is downloading it and using the winzip to unzip them,, i am going thru my docs and ea games and them my downloads but nothing seems to work. I do not have CEP and i do not know where to get it! thanks again for the help, i will try the cep as soon as i find it.
Just making sure since you wrote "my downloads" The folders name has to be "Downloads" you can set up subdirectories under Downloads but not for any clothes, make up and genetic stuff (like skins, hair, eye colors etc) the CEP you could get i.e. here: http://thesims2factor.co.uk/ColourOptionsSetup.zip -le
