Sims 2 Nighlife - Get Your Questions Answered! Hi Everyone! We're going to be doing some reporting from E3 this year following The Sims 2 Nightlife! Question #1: Can I come too? No seriously, have a great time, Josh!! Make sure and find out if: Will Nightlife work like "Hot Date" and take us to another area, or will all the editions work at the community lots we already have? I want to know if we can build hotels, or will they change the way that energy and hygene are depleted while a sim is on a community lot. Will the resturaunts work basically as they did in Hot Date? Do we still have to deal with that stupid, Buggy Waiter? Mine kept getting stuck or forget to seat people, and let the line back up down the block while he stood there holding his menus. And What is the deal with the vampires??
Have fun, Josh! Any word on whether we'll be getting a "BodyShop" or "Homecrafter" type of program for recoloring objects? What will the EP after Nightlife be? Kristal asked my other questions: Will we be able to use our regular community lots for restaurants? If there is a "Downtown" will it have the ability to have overnights there (like a hotel)?
I agree with Kristalrose here ... this really is the most frustrating part of the game for me, I have just got TS2U last weekend and am really impressed with all the new stuff, but the community lots still frustrate me ... Other than that I'm enjoying the expansion, would like to know what new careers there will be in Nightlife? (there is already a DJ in the Slacker career isn't there?)
