wedding hijinks It was time for Primavera to marry into the Oz family. I gave a wedding party but they would not go under the arch. Finally they just were joined and that was that. But during the wedding, I neglected one of the teens and he somehow ended up going into the red on all his needs, froze in a doorway and no one could interact with him. But he never died. Bad wedding, so I didn't save it. The second time, they went under the arch and it went as usual, but no honeymoon. Why not? I thought honeymoons were automatic after the arch. I've had other weddings that went smoothly all the way through. I'm wondering if this could be do to having too many people on the lot. There are 7 family members and we invited a lot of people to the first wedding. Any other funny wedding stories?
I don't think you get the honeymoon if your wedding wasn't a success, if it was a success and you still didn't get it then maybe you are correct and the number of sims on your lot created a glitch in the game which prevented it from happening. Another thing that can prevent the honeymoon is if you have a baby or todler on the lot and no one suitable to look after it, but this doesn't sound like what has happened to you, because the limo will still arrive if this occurs.
I think that the honeymoon happens at the end of the "Party" unless you choose not to go. I think.... which doesn't happen very often.
