Why can't my sims get engaged? I have two adult sims, one man and one woman, who are in love (100 relationship), etc. The woman asked the man to move in with her. Soon they had a child. Keep in mind that the two are not married or even engaged. They have been living together for quite some time and so I decided to finally get them engaged. However, the "Propose..." option is not avaliable. Why can't the two get engaged? Please help!
Never mind, it turned out the male sim was in fact already married. I invited the wife over, broke them up, and now the Propose... option is there.
Oh! So that is what you have to do okay. Yeah, I had that problem too. My guy flirted with the maid with the wife in the room. 2 kids too! What a playa!
I once had a guy who was married - and both him and his wife had an affair with the maid. The maid moved in with them, and then the the maid, the wife and hubby all had affairs with the new maid. Then the hubby got both maids pregnant - and both maids had twins! That's just a glimpse of my weird little world.
