Putting lots on the game Hi I had Sims 2 + nightlife loaded onto my machine and I wiped the hardrive, but I packaged lots and saved them onto CD. Post hardrive formatting the packaged lots are now on my desktop and Sims 2 + nightlife are reloaded on. I've installed the packaged lots by double clicking on them, yet they don't appear on the game. What next? Thanks so much Nick
hummm. Okay, 1st I'd check to see if the lots are in your lot bin. If they are not, then try to move the files into your "packaged lot" file, and then try to reinstall them with the custom content browser. It would have been better if you had packaged the neighborhood. If you have sims on these lots, and they had a life prior to the move, when you reinstall, you bring their memories of all the people they knew in their "old life" with them, and it can corupt your game. Trust me on this one!!!!
