Troubleshooting Problems with my Game

Problems with my Game

I have done everything that EA Sports has told me to do and my game is still freezing up. Also, there is nothing running in the background when I play sims2.

Okay, for the problem. And remember I have no custom content in the game. Also, I have totally formated and reloaded my windows, updated my drivers, and totally reloaded Sims2, University, Nightlife, and the patches. So, to get that out of the way.

Whenever I am in my Sims Create a Sim, I totally free up creating a sim, my whole computer freezes, forcing me to reboot. I noticed in TSBin that I have mini dumps from Sims2 Here is one:

I don't know if you understand this, I know I don't. Please help. I am all out of ideas. I love to create and build and I can't even to that. I freeze up also, when building. I am not having any problems with anyother programs that I run. I run yahoo sitebuilder for my web site, no problem. SimPe runs fine. I also went in and changed the compatibility to run with Windows NT, I hope this was right. I just don't know what to do. Please help.

well your specs are kinda low no offence i used to have a computer similar to that it the game played crappy and occasinally froze :S if you are playing on high graphics maybe you should turn them down?
