My oopsie? So, I had a Greek House for my legacy family, and my legacy heiress was FINALLY through with college (along with her twin). I sent one of them back to the neighborhood, and then I sent the heiress back. Well, one of their roommates was at class at the time, and when Sierra (the heiress) left the lot and her thumbnail was removed from the side of the screen, the guy who was at class disappeared too! He never came back from class. From the university screen it says River is still a part of the household, but I haven't been back into the house since I moved the twins out. Has this happened to anyone else? Will he show up again when I go back into the lot?
Hiya Narragirl! Where ya been? The Legacy Challenge was the first player-led "competition". It involved raising 10 successive generations of a family on the same plot without using any cheats. You can imagine that such a family would become more and more precious as time goes on. These days I think most of us tend to use the expression, legacy family, to include any family for which you the player has a long term goal and is thus valuable and whose loss or corruption would be a serious nuisance. People who want to to play a legacy type challenge would do well to try our own WereBear's Looserville challenge ... or for an even quirkier experience you could take a look at Pescado's email challenge (external site)
