Join Simtropolis. On their exchange, they have a Suburban BAT Bank. Try typing that into their exchange's search tool. If you can't find it then, you should just search suburban. Those will give you some options.

simtropolis ??? I have joined a cupple of places like www.simtropolis.com and love the sites but have found they are for sims 2 once that I have gotten in to them.
