The last time I was on antibiotics was when I had a REALLY bad ear infection and sore throat for about a month, and then took one week of the first kind of antibiotics but they didn't work, so I had to take a second week trying another kind of antibiotics and that finally worked, but I was still sick with sinuses for what seemed like forever.... I don't like taking antibiotics unless I have to. When my tongue turned GREEN I decided it was time!!
i had to take em for a few months...because of a toe-nail infection...i may have to take more soon...
Doesn't go away Tim?.. Hmm... See if I can find a tips or 2.. not sure though. I treated Linnas broncities within a week with herbs I have in my garden..
It's the fat in chocolate and the cacaobutter. The cacao in itself contains some vitamin B and Lecithin.
and adds to the many emissions....however I don't believe it....... I believe don't eat at all........cause you get a good portion of your fat from foods
But chocolate is good. And I think it's much better to eat natural products as sweets than all this chemical stuff that's around. A good chocolate consists of natural products only. If it's not - then I don't consider it a good chocolate. On the other hand it does consist quite a lot of fat and fast carbohydrates like sugar. So you should avoid it or limit the intake if you're prone to gain weight for example. But that goes for a lot of food too!!! If you're prone to gain weight you should eat "slow" carbohydrates, no fried food, no fat gravys, no cream etcetera. Heh.... I'm grown up with "heathfood" and such..
They now make a lot of low carb chocolate, which is nice because I've been on a low carb diet for a while and lost 42 pounds! I'm taking a break for the holidays though... just maintaining weight. I've GOT to have my chocolate!! It's nice that some of the low carb ones are Belgian Chocolate!! Yummm..... with no sugar.
Yes that's very nice. :classic: I don't want to be without my chocolate either. I think that you can eat almost anything - as long as it isn't to much of it. It's the amount of stuff take in that also gives us problems. :classic:
Lol Tim! That's good if you can let it be altogether. :classic: *hops ato the kitchen to check for chocolate and finds..... none* *sighes deeply*
