lol, are you referring to acne? i.e. a pimple on their foreheads? If so, click on a mirror and choose Use Acne Cream (this option will only appear if the sim does in fact have acne). I don't know officially how much it takes, but I usually use it each time the sim is in the bathroom, and it clears up within a couple of days.

I've never had this happen to one of my sims. Does the mirror give you a "Pop zit" option too? ;)

ROTFL man, that made me crack up...can you pop their zits! That would be hilarious! But I agree with Lynet...eww!

I for one am just glad that they fixed it so they won't have acne scars for the rest of their life if you accidentally send them to uni with one. That happened to a kid in my previous neighborhood.

They can have acne when their hygene levels are low. They can use the mirror to put on acne cream to clean it up. WearBear: Very rarely am I so amused and disgusted at the same time so early in the morning, so thank you. :p

Caused by low hygene? That might explain why I've never seen it. My teen sims have so much on their plates with school, jobs, sneeking out, and studying for scholorships that they end up using the "happy machine" constantly. If there is one thing I can't stand, it's a sim that keeps telling me "I'm not in the mood to do that right now!" ;)

Hmmmm ... so maybe that's why my more active teens are more likely to get acne. Duh. Never thought of that. All that working out to get the athletic scholarship has a downside, I guess.
