help with the customize option! Please!!!!!!!

I don't understand why it won't let my use the customize option, I sure hope somebody we'll give me the heads up, lol.

Right by customize, I assume you mean the Create A Sim facility that lets you make and alter new sims either in ones or as family groups. Right?

If so you still need to explain what is not working. How far do you get before your run into trouble. Sorry but we really need to know some seriously detailed info.

Also if the problem is connected with you computer we'll need to know about that as well dxdiag will help.

Finally if you do not own the game that will cause you all sorts of trouble and if that's the case we don't care at all. We don't support theft or thieves. Sorry to be blunt.
