In the decorations part of the catalogue. I can't remember offhand which section it is in but it's not very expensive so select the "all items" button and llok through them all from the cheapest upwards. It looks like a white square tile and is easily missed ... PS There is only one P in the word help ... using more might make people think you're only seeking attention ...

Dont worry. The floortiles that lights up are located under decor. Look for carpets. Its either the first or second one.
