My Mac exceeds all specs, but graphics still suck!

I have a Powerbook G4 that exceeds all specs but graphics are very choppy and block-looking. I tried switching all the graphics to high on the in-game menu but they're still choppy. Does anyone know what could be causing the problem? If more details are needed, just let me know. Thanks for the help.

Some specs and stuff would be nice :).

And I assume you have the latest patches available on the Aspyr website?

It's horrible to have to say this, but.... it's not your fault, and unfortunately, there's very little to do. Macs are notoriously bad for gaming... great for everything else, but bad for gaming.

I think one of the problems is the fact that OS X uses OpenGL instead of DirectX. Not that they really have a choice... but ya get the idea. Also, the video card--while respectable--may just not be up to "High" on every setting. Try turning some stuff down, and see if that helps. The stuff may be blocky, but at least the game should be playable.

Sorry to hear of your problems, best of luck!

Yes I believe I have the latest patch. The 1.0 Rev C patch?
