Then it may be better for those pictures to not be backed up and just lost instead. ;)
But then they would have to decrypt your backup. Even if they managed to do that, what would they find? Probably just some digital photos and...
Compressing, encrypting and then uploading to an online backup site can be extremely useful. I don't think a fire going through your house would...

I believe here you can go 10% below the speed limit, any lower and you need to have your hazard lights on and stay in the left lane.

I'm not certain it's the graphics card but I doubt any new card will possibly run on 250 watts, your CPU is probably using 60-80W already and PSUs...
Actually, I haven't tried to get any signals from my roof yet... add a directional antenna and who knows how far I can send and receive signals!...
Why hasn't everyone changed to WPA2 yet? Though to be honest many of my neighbors are using WEP and some even have open networks. Free downloading! :P
