‘Have your cake and eat it too’ - The Sims 3 on Mac MaxisDrea has posted a message on the Sims 2 BBS in which Mac users are going to love!* One of the benefits for the delay is the fact that the game will both ship with the Mac and PC versions in the same box (although yesterday’s boxart gave this away and I didn’t pay attention to it).* Here’s her message: One thing we want to clarify and are very excited about is that the game will be shipping on both Mac & PC on June 2nd. Both will be on the same disc which can be used for either platform. The game is coming together really well and we are looking forward to the upcoming months and using this time to make the gameplay the best experience to date from The Sims. - The Sims 3 Team
This pleases me immensely. Now the only question is whether I want to install it on the WinXP partition on my mac, on the Mac partition... or both.
