    Not possible, but I think it's a shame... Could perhaps solve the jealousy problems for some of my families...

    No.

    While the ESRB has allowed premarital and extramarital sex (with promiscuity), they have not allowed 3 way sex. (So, if it's on your wishlist, don't ever expect it to come from Maxis or be allowed as a link from this site or the official sites.)

    It's voluntary but without a rating commercial success (in the USA) would be difficult if not unlikely.
