After months of playing Sims 2... And I'm still learning! I feel stupid but at the same time like "Hey, that's cool!" For instance, I just discovered yesterday that you can change the inside of the pool and the bottom with the Other in Wallpaper and Flooring. I thought that was nifty. Yesterday as my Sim family sat down to eat supper, I thought "I really wish they would have included for the dogs to beg for food because my dog does that all the time". Suddenly there's this glob on the floor and my dog eats it. I'm thinking...what...? So I highlight the action and it said "Beg for food"! I didn't know they could actually eat the food! The child was the only one who would give the dog anything though. Oh, and with the boolprop thing on, Hold Shift and click on an infant baby. Select "Make Selectable". The baby's icon will disappear. Click on the baby and do the same thing again. The icon will reappear, and now you can click on it to see it's Needs (no aspirations though). I've found this helpful so I know if I should send my Sim Mom to bed or have her stay up a little later due to the baby needing changing soon.
Well, the pool thing is a feature that came with Seasons...and don't feel bad! I discover new things about the game even now, and I've been playing for something like three years. For example, today is the first time I've tried building an elevator. I've had OFB for probably a year now.
