All Options not available in Options Mode (F5) System: I got this information from my hubby so if it's wrong I'm sorry!!!:cheeky: 1. CPU-AMD 2500 (1.8 Ghz) 2. RAM-512 MB 3. Free Disk-24.1Gb 4. Total Disk-40 Gb 5. Graphic Card-Radon 9600 6. Driver version-He said it's the current one *shrugs* 7. Direct X Version-9.0c 8. Windows XP 9. Sims 2 CD version My problem is this: I have had two families with the same issue. There are already two tombstones on the property and when a third elder dies of old age, I am unable to save, exit to neighborhood or quit the game. I am able to build and buy and the other options come up in Options mode, such as game options (freewill etc.) Please help me!! Thanks!
Thanks for replying. I have done that. I actually went back and played again for quite awhile and the options still wouldn't return. It was almost as if an action wasn't completed (ie-the dying) and that's why it wouldn't let me save. I subsequently moved this Sim into a home of their own, where they died alone. The game did the same thing when I tried to go to neighborhood view on my own, however since there were no other Sims in the home, the options popped back up. I don't know if it is a glitch in the game or if there is something wrong with my system. It's really frustrating so if anyone has any ideas I'll be glad to accept them.
Hi! I opened a new thread cause I couldn't find a similar problem fast enough but you're not alone. I have the same problem!!! According to all statistics my computer should be more than adequate to run the game and still... Sorry I can't help but at leat you know you're not alone!!!!!!
