And about that *** fishtank ever since my sim bought the fish tank, my maid neglects the rest of the house to wash the stupid tank over and over again. My sim has to shoo her to do the rest of the house. So I fired her. I mean it was costing me 100+ simoleans a day, because that was all she was doing. cleaning the tank should take 15 minutes max, so has someone modified the tank to change this behavior?
I know, it's sooo annoying! My maid stays until almost 6pm washing the tank over and over again. Instead of firing the maid, I just ended up selling the fish tank.
Well she was also having an affair with my sims dad, and since he died.... well you know how it goes...
I think secretly the family cremated him and put his ashes in the tank, but that wouldnt explain her *WASHING* it, now would it?
Maybe the fish remind her of him? Were they near the tank the first time they kissed? Or is the tank in the bedroom?
I have that problem too, but only with the "guy" maid, Remington. He spends all his time cleaning my fish tank, and I have only had one conversation with him, ever. Every time he comes to my Sim's house (two houses, actually) all I hear is "squeaky, squeaky, squeaky"! Drives me nuts. I'm too stubborn to delete the fishtank so far, but I may have to. Yet, somehow miraculously the rest of the house does get clean. Go figure. Maybe it's because they're both Romance Sims who live alone (at least now that the daughter of one of them went off to college). Not as messy as a family!
