Any way to add new roads to default neighborhoods?

    Any way to add new roads to default neighborhoods?

    Strangetown has a lot of buildable areas, but so few roads. I know I could edit the map with SC4 and start a new Strangetown, but I'd rather keep working in the default one, and just add a couple of roads. Can I do this?
