The downtime should be less than an hour assuming there are no complications. Apache will be upgraded to version 1.2.8 and PHP will be upgraded to version 4.3.3. Among the changes will be several security fixes for Apache and a large collection of PHP bugfixes. If you have any questions, feel free to let me know.</div>
