Apple Recalls MacBook Pro Batteries Hey guys, If any of you have a MacBook Pro, if you didn't already know, Apple has a battery exchange program in place. The batteries that qualify are model number A1175 have serial numbers that end in U7SA, U7SB or U7SC. If you have a qualifying battery, go to https://support.apple.com/macbookpro15/batteryexchange/index.html and enter your information for a replacement. -John
Anyone with a Dell Hi there, Saw above post and thought I would add my own warning. All Dell Laptop owners, there is a recall on Dell batteries as well. Recall applies to many different types of dell laptops. See link below for more info. http://www.dellbatteryprogram.com/ This may be old news, but I only heard about it about a week ago. Cheers!
My brother's Dell laptop has a new battery. His old one was one of the recalled ones. Wouldn't that have been lovely if it burst into flames in the middle of class?
