    Auto-Bailing Nanny!!!

 I know, I know, I probably asked for it!

I'm still trying to get my new neighborhood on the new computer going. I had re-created a couple of my favorite sims, with a few modifications to their stories. I re-created Charlene Hicks, but decided to rename her Sarah and have her start from the beginning, no children, as a romance Sim. (The original Charlene was a single mother of 4 and a family sim. She was also much uglier than the new one!)

So, Sarah gives birth to her first baby, Luke. Luke's father, Jackson, had already divorced Sarah and had remarried my self-sim, and is now wealthy and living in our lighthouse. :D Sarah continues to play the field trying to find a new Daddy. Luke's charisma and creativity skills are pretty high because he plays in his room all day with his toys because Sarah is busy romancing. She's a security guard, so she goes to work, leaving a hunk and the nanny with little Luke.

I use Merola's mind-control mirror to make sure the Nanny behaves herself. Well, this time it didn't work. She kept wanting to do an action called "Auto Bail". I've never seen this before! The van pulled up and I kept deleting the action, trying to give her something else to do, but she left anyway!

Soon after the nanny left, the hunk "bailed" too, and then the social worker showed up and took little Luke away! I switched over and played his Father's lot and had his father adopt him, so everything worked out okay for Luke. But, I'm still mad at the Nanny! Have y'all ever seen this before? I'm wondering if it's a side effect of using the mind control mirror (though I've been doing that for months with no problems!)

    auto-bail?

I'm sorry for your simmies, but that's just hilarious

Nanny: "OH NO! Baby doesn't drink milk? ABORT ABORT! Auto-bail-mobile AWAAAAYYY!"

Oh and uh nope.... never seen this before... but I don't control the nannies.

That sounds hilarious! Nannies...*shakes head* Maybe it's only because you used Merola's painting.

Yeah, I figure the less I mess with the nannies the better off I am. On the occasions that I've had to use them, I just leave 'em to their own devices. I've even liked having them, especially for my teen raising siblings challenges, because they clean! They've saved more than one environment score for families who couldn't afford a maid.

Now I'm imagining them with a cape and a superhero mask. :D
