Always free ...never for registered members. If I made it for registered members, it sounds like a pay site.

Anthing you have or anything you download can be used downtown if you use one of the many tools out there that changes the settings on an object and adds a flag for Downtown, Vacation and/or Old Town. I use SimsEnhancer Object Manager and, although it is not free, you do get what you pay for a tool that works as promised, does not wreck your computer and direct email support of you have issues - for under 10 bucks you really get more then you pay for. Its also wonder for making fars, extracting items from fars and is user friendly for those of you who are not savy object makers but want a favorite item downtown. It is very easy to use, works with all expansions and gane even add category flags to items already in far files.
