Can anyone tell me what we click on to do that? Thanks

 

Well, I looked around (because I don't have freetime) and this is the best that I could make out of it:

Birdwatching: A ground-based interaction. Must be done on open terrain. Your sim gets out a pair of binoculars and looks at the sky above. Sim flashes thought bubbles of different birds and gains nature enthusiasm. Other sims can join this interaction.

I think you click on the ground outside, like a backyard, and possibly get an option to bird-watch. If your successful, your sim magically gets a binocular out of their back pocket...:biggrin:
