That's ridiculous. So, what Apple is saying, is that even CNN.com isn't protected from the first amendment just because it's on the net and not part of the "traditional" media? I'd like to see them go after CNN.com or Yahoo.com and try to get them to reveal their sources for some of their website reports and publications.

This should prove to be very interesting. I can understand Apple's devotion to protecting their product, but at the same time, I don't see how they can force CNN to reveal their sources.

As far as I'm concerned, media is media is media. Is there really a major difference between broadcasting on TV or publishing in a newspaper when compared to uploading an article to the internet?

    Look! It's Apple's new product:

    iDumb

    Featuring!
    ~a Laptop that is Slowwwwwwwww.
~a small rectangular device that holds 10,000 songs
~A website that has songs for $1.00 each. (Fill up Your iPod here!) Hint: 10,000 x $1.00 =??
~Proof that Bloggers are not covered under the constitution, so anyone who blogs this will be sued by Apple.
