    I've closed this thread because you've already posted one regarding your situation; in some detail here.

    There is absolutely no need to make two threads regarding the same issue... as if someone sees that thread describing the problem, and knows what's wrong, they will respond there.

    In the future please only make one thread for an issue, and wait at least 24 hours before bumping it. Thanks.
