Can't play pinball or go on computer When I try to make my Sim play on their pinball machine it gives me a message that looks like footprint which I have no clue what it means and when I try to make her go on the computer she's giving me a message of a chair, although do have a desk chair properly placed in the spot where she should sit. What should I do? I have no idea what my Sim is trying to tell me. Thanks
The footprint icon means something is blocking the sim's path to the pinball machine. Obviously, make sure there's nothing in front of it where the sim would stand while playing, and you may also have problems if you have the machine squeezed between two walls. I get the chair icon too sometimes when trying to use a computer, even when there is a chair there. What works for me is telling them to sit first, and then telling them to use the computer once they're sitting down. I do this automatically out of habit anymore. Try that, and if it works then you just have the same glitch. If the sim won't sit in the chair, something is in the way. If they sit down, but still won't use the computer, you might have the wrong kind of chair. It needs to be a dining chair, not a living chair.
