cant uninstall sims 2! hi i,m trying to uninstall the sims 2 as it never worked on my pc since i bought it however, it doesent seem to uninstall....when i click on uninstall the sims 2, nothing happens. also, when i go through control panel, and click remove the sims 2, nothing happens. when i try each way, i get no message, and all the files are still in place, (all 2.5GB!) i have tried downloading and using add/remove pro, but that doesent remove it either. i,m using windows 98se please help thanks
Did you try to delete it out of 'Program Files'? Default Drive\Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 2 The computer will still think it's there due to the registry files but at least you'll have the hard drive space back.
