Sims reach there Golden Anniversary when both are elders. I think you may need to throw them a party can remember for sure. Hope this helps and HAPPY SIMMING!
I've been wondering the same thing. I threw my elder sims an anniversary party and it got a "Good Time" score and nothing happened. Is it something else you have to do?
