I come up with a word, and the next person changes or adds or takes away a letter and makes another word, and the next person repeats.

For example:
Cat
Next person replies Bat


The first word is hair

fair

Wait: does that mean I stick with four letter words or something? What about if I have a word longer than 4 letters -- how will that work?
