    Class performance proplem.

Hi i got all the exp packs to open for business, and im haveing some proplems with my player in college(all my players).

Look, when he was teen i trained hes skills a lot. Then i went to college and i looked at my class performance and looked at the skills to raise the performance meter. There were few skills highlighted (but only the 1st points) and when i train them the meter doesnt raise... im stuck at c+ or somthing. plz help me.

You gotta make them do their class assignments but your skill points will help your sim during lessons. :)

To do the assignment, click on your sim and then choose 'Do Assignment' and it will get a note pad out and start working. It's pretty easy. The next time your sim comes home from a long day in class, their meter will have gone up. Your sim can also write the term paper on the computer and their meter will go up really high! (After your sim has gone to class, of course .)

The term paper takes longer time for your sims to do than the assignments. So make sure his/her needs are all in the green if you don't want them storming off in a huff in the middle of everything! :winks:

I dont think thats quite what he meant - but I understand why you misunderstood him, I most likely wouldve too if I werent on my search for a solution for this specific bug. ;)

The thing is that the meter you want to fill by going to classes, writing term paper and such stuff never expands when you learn the skills that should make them expand - hope I explained it a bit better, Im pretty sure thats what the thread starter is talking about at least. :)

Im looking for a solution as Im posting this - Ill update my post when I find one.

Update 1: I just uninstalled Open for Business and that solved the problem. After installing it agian the problem was back. Gonna try reinstalling from the scratch - doubt it will be any difference though.

Update 2: Ok, so I reinstalled everything - when I was done installing University and Business I loaded up one of the premade students and moved in and I saw his performance bar was actually the size it should be. However, when I changed major (and tried with multiple sims after - both premade and selfmade) it went back to being stuck at lowest level. So guess Im gonna remove Business agian and install it when Im done on Uni - seems like the solution for me. :\

Oh OK, I understand now. :silly:

Have you downloaded any patches? They might sort the problem out. Have a look at them at least. :)
