Troubleshooting Crashing

Crashing

Ok sorry and if people have asked about this before im sorry but i didnt know..

I have installed Sims 2 and University and they open fine but when i go to create a Sim/Family it crashes... I Dont know what is going on.

Is check your System Specs,and then The Sims 2 Requierments.
If that dosent work then i dont know.:(

 

It didnt work before and after i installed the Patches so i dont know.

And i have had the sims on the PC before and it worked... Strange.

 

could you post your system specs? that could help me or another to help you
