Custom Content error

when i try to use the custom content button in game, it says an internet connection could not be established--but i do have net connection. i have tried both ways with and w/out net on before i started my game. any help is appreciated.

 

Do you have a firewall? Is your game registered?

 

game is registered . . . may be firewall
