Custom content tools (maybe ) announced over at TSR. I noticed in one of the threads at The Sims Resource where Thomas stated there would be a big announcement this week concerning custom content tools. Thomas says : Look for an exciting announcement regarding custom content tools soon. More information will be posted on TSR frontpage this week. So it would appear that TSR got some kind of exclusive test run(?) of the tools needed to import textures and so forth. I'd almost bet money you'll need to be a subscriber also to get them before everybody else.
This bit of news has been added to the frontapge of TSR. Apparently TSR has been developing a Sims 3 CC tool after their visit to The Creator's Camp. http://www.thesimsresource.com/workshop
I remember reading that earlier this afternoon. I think it looks like a big step in the right direction. I was kind of addicted to CC in TS2 so I'm looking forward to seeing what will happen this time around.
makes me wonder if the original tool they developed for the Sims 2 would be released publicly? Not like a lot of people are still going to be using it!
